Class Themes
Contemplative Yoga ™ classes explore different themes, building on your body's releases and on your ability to become aware of the changes in your body. Over the course of taking classes you will explore how to create a daily practice of your own, so that you may do yoga when you cannot attend class. You will also learn how to do seated poses, standing poses, and poses with movement, so that you learn to move in every direction while creating as little tension as possible in your body. In each class you will learn how to move your body in new and different ways that are both gentle and effective at releasing tension at the same time. This will give you a whole new way of being in your body and in your life -- a life with less tension both in body and mind
